Where do tours depart from?

Our tours depart from Como city center, in the public dock of Sant’Agostino. The correct address is: Via Lungo Lario Trieste 28, Como 

Where can I park?

There are several options for parking near downtown Como. You can leave your car on the street in paid parking spots marked with blue lines, or choose one of these nearby parking facilities:

We recommend arriving a bit early to allow time for parking, especially during weekends or holidays.

How long do the tours last?

We offer a variety of tours ranging from 1 to 6 hours. You can choose your preferred duration during the booking process.

Is the boat private?

Yes! All our tours are 100% private — the boat is reserved exclusively for you and your group, with a dedicated captain.

Is food or drink included?

Food is included only in the Sunset Aperitif tour. For basic tours drinks and water are always included. From 2hr tours and above we also offer e a bottle of Prosecco. 

What should I bring?

We recommend:

• Sunglasses and sunscreen
• A light jacket (especially for evening tours)
• Swimwear and a towel if you plan to swim
• A camera or phone for amazing photos!

How can I pay?

You can pay directly on the boat or through our website. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Can we swim during the tour?

Absolutely! Swimming is possible during longer tours and when conditions are safe. Just let the captain know if you’d like to stop for a dip.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are allowed upon request. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend.

What happens if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll offer to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund. Light rain is usually not a problem, thanks to the sun canopy.

Can I bring children on board?

Of course! Kids are welcome, and we have life jackets for all ages. Just let us know their age when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of severe weather or safety concerns, we offer the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
